The Farm Visit

This last week I took the boys to a farm. We had a great time seeing, petting, and feeding animals. It was a great excuse to get out, and luckily the day wasn't too hot!
This is  a wooden cow with udders to practice milking a cow on. That was pretty cool for Daniel to try it out!

We got food that came in an ice cream cone.  The pig wanted the cone MUCH more than he wanted the food.

I think that Joshua had fun going for a ride!

Daniel's favorite animal was the bunny. I don't know if it was because it was quiet or what, but we stayed by the bunny for a long time.

The ducks were fun to feed too.

After the farm, we had a picnic at the park which was nearby.  Josh had a great time in the sand and climbing on things. Both boys were really messy by the time we left.

Daniel's favorite thing was the "excavator". I don't know if that is what this really is, but that is what he called it.  It took a lot of convincing to get him to leave, and even then he cried as we walked away.

We had a great time at the farm!! Maybe we will go back before it closes for the season. Either way, we had a great time!
