The National Zoo

This last week we went to the National Zoo. It was great! Daniel had a really good time seeing all of the animals. He really liked the monkeys and gorillas because they were the most active. He sat up on Jason’s shoulders while we saw the animals, and then when we went from place to place. He sat in the stroller. I think that he really enjoyed seeing the animals. He also liked some of the birds. A few of them were moving around a lot, and he stared at them quite intently. He also slept a bit, which I was really grateful for. I am glad that he could enjoy the zoo sleeping as well as being awake!
